The in-car system is fully automatic and activates when the driver speaks, so there is no need to worry about push-to-talk buttons. The unit weighs only 150 g and is small enough to be mounted directly on the helmet or anywhere in the car, and it connects directly to the communication port of a Stilo helmet. The microphones have noise cancelling, and the pit wall headsets have push-to-talk, so the driver only hears the pit wall team when they are speaking to him.

During the race, the two systems are linked by an ordinary phone call, with each user connected by Bluetooth to the pit crew headset and to the driver's helmet connection module respectively. The connection is shown by an indicator on the unit. Unlike radio systems, Verbacom can provide coverage across the entire race circuit and needs no special signal boosters or tall radio masts. It is fully automatic: once the call is set up, it reconnects automatically if the call drops, with nothing for the driver or pit crew to do.

This kit includes

1 pit crew headset with push-to-talk and noise-cancelling microphones

2 driver connection modules with noise cancelling and voice activation, plus cables

All chargers and a carry case.
