Plan racewear sizes and quantities for a whole team
Organise driver and crew clothing requirements by person, manufacturer sizing, quantity and event deadline.
Create one line for each person and item
Start with a simple list: role, person or team reference, product, requested size, colour and quantity. Include spare items as explicit lines. This makes it easier to check a delivery without guessing who a product belongs to.
Use the sizing information for that product
Do not assume that a size from one brand or product is interchangeable with another. Use the manufacturer’s current size guide for the exact item and ask how a fitting or size exchange can be arranged. Record the size as requested until the appropriate fit check has been completed.
Keep technical requirements separate from appearance
A matching team colour does not establish that an item meets an event’s requirements. Record the required specification separately and confirm it with the organiser and supplier. Branding, embroidery or other personalisation should also be agreed with the supplier before ordering.
Approve a final size list
Ask each responsible team member to review the list before a bulk order. Confirm availability per size, the deadline for changes and the terms for personalised items. Retain the approved list for future events, and recheck sizes and requirements when ordering again.
